Compact but elegant, the high ceilings and sleeping loft help to create a feeling of space as big as the land on which it sits. The ‘lean-to’ kitchen and bathroom adds a classic, early settler touch to the design yet the high standard of finish ensures that the available space is welcoming and fully functional. Separating the bathroom and kitchen with the entry/mud room is also a very effective design element.
