Brazilian Box Delivery

This is another example of the efficiencies of modular prefabrication. In this instance, the result is a ‘instant’ cabin in a relatively isolated location in Brazil. The modules were fully factory finished before being delivered and placed on preprepared foundations. Larger units are simply bolted together on delivery!

The MINIMOD is fully factory finished before delivery.
Insulation benefits from the green roof and massive shutters on the side, while expansive glass walls at both ends offer the opportunity to maximise aspect and views. Future extensions are as simple as unbolting and inserting the new modules.

It’s not hard to see the units being used as home offices, guest accommodation or even ‘glamping’ units..

From the architect:

The production is carried out in a prefabricated manner and enjoys the steel frame system technology, which lets the client adapt the space to his needs, choosing among different finishes, as well as automation options.

Depending on the composition of the modules, MINIMOD can vary the uses ranging from a compact refuge for weekends, a small showroom for events, up to hotels and inns, combining a larger number of modules. The modules are 100% prefabricated and elevated to a determined place by truck or disassembled into smaller pieces and taken to the ground for final assembly.
